Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information JDN Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 93 641 688 744), trading as Lords Bot ("we", "us"), collects when you use the Lords Bot software, the Lords Monitor and installer, our servers and our websites (the "Service"), and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
1. The short version
- Your game accounts, bot settings and logs are stored on your PC, not on our servers.
- We keep what we need to run your Lords Bot account: your email, a hashed password, your plan, and a few details that stop a licence being shared.
- Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
2. What we collect
| Information | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | When you register | Your Lords Bot account, sign-in, account emails and support |
| Password | When you register or sign in | Sign-in. We store only a hashed form, never the password itself |
| Country | When you register | Account records |
| Device identifier | When you register and sign in | A code worked out from your PC's hardware, used to enforce licence and trial limits. It does not contain your name, files or serial numbers in readable form |
| IP address | When you register, sign in and use our websites | Security, preventing abuse and limiting sign-in attempts |
| Plan and payment records | When you subscribe or buy account slots | Your licence time, account slots and receipts |
| App version and session status | While you are signed in | Keeping one session per licence, update checks and support |
| Game account ID and name | While a game account is running | Enforcing your plan's account slots. Held only while the bot runs and never written to our database |
| Integrity reports | If the software detects tampering | Which security check failed and the names of unexpected files loaded into the bot. Never the contents of your files |
| Discord account ID | If you link Discord to get customer roles | Giving you access to customer channels |
| Messages you send us | When you contact support | Answering you |
To sign your game accounts in, the bot uses our server. Your game sign-in details are used only for that and are never stored.
3. What we don't collect
We don't collect your game passwords, your bot settings, your game progress or chat, the files on your PC, the programs you run, or your PC's name. Features you turn on that connect to other services, such as Discord or Telegram notifications or your own proxies, send their data from your PC straight to those services, not through us.
4. How we use it
We use your information to provide and secure the Service: to run your account and licence, process payments, deliver updates, enforce plan limits, prevent fraud, licence sharing and cracking, answer support requests, and send emails about your account, such as activation and password resets. We may also send important notices about the Service. We don't use your information for advertising or sell it to anyone.
6. Where it is stored
Our servers and database are hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States (Ohio). Our providers may process information in other countries. By using the Service you agree that your information may be stored and processed outside Australia. We choose providers that protect it to a standard comparable to Australian law.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account details for as long as your Lords Bot account exists, so you can renew at any time. Session details are removed within minutes of the bot stopping. Game account IDs and names are held only while the bot runs. Integrity reports are kept until we have reviewed them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Server logs are kept for security and troubleshooting.
If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details except where we must keep them by law, such as payment records.
9. Security
Connections between the software and our servers are encrypted, passwords are stored only in hashed form, and access to customer data is limited to our staff. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee that information will never be accessed without permission. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will tell you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as the law requires.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email us from your account's email address and we'll respond within 30 days.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. If we can't resolve it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
The Service is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we'll tell you about significant changes by email or in the software.
